Can I bring my own inspiration?
Yes. Use a photo you’ve saved, choose a look from the feed, or describe your idea. Your own pose photos help you see the hairstyle on you.
Will the real result match the preview?
A preview helps you explore a style and talk it through with your stylist. It’s a visualisation, not a guaranteed salon result. Your real hair, the technique and your stylist’s advice shape the final look.
Can I join without a registered salon?
Yes. Independent and artisan stylists can use their own name or a business name. Account verification and payment-provider requirements apply to bookings and payouts.
What happens to my photos?
You choose whether to allow AI previews and whether to share your looks publicly. Our Privacy Policy explains how your photos and account information are handled.
When can I get Hair Fairy?
We’re currently in private beta on iPhone in the UK. Public App Store availability will be announced when it’s ready.
